The lowest export volume was recorded in 2019 at 26 362 tons, while the largest single-year drop occurred in 2018 with a 12.8% decrease.

From 2017 to 2020, Poland, Germany, and the United Kingdom were the primary markets for Finland's exports of unsaturated polyesters in primary forms by volume. Poland accounted for 43.4% of exports, Germany for 15.3%, and the United Kingdom for 10.9%. Together, these three countries represented 69.6% of Finland's total export flows during this period.
