From 2017 to 2020, Spain, Serbia, and Italy were the main buyers of Croatia's prepared or preserved fish, caviar, and caviar substitutes by volume. Spain accounted for 21.3% of exports, Serbia for 20.7%, and Italy for 11.3%. Together, these three countries comprised 53.3% of total exports in kind.
