In 2020, the region produced 24 697 tonnes, marking a significant 19.0% drop from the previous year. Looking at the period from 2017 to 2020, production fell by 21.5%, with an average annual decline of 7.7%. The highest production level was in 2018, reaching 32 348 tonnes, which also saw the largest increase of 2.9%.

In 2020, output was valued at 83.9 million US dollars, reflecting a moderate 6.5% year-over-year decline. The peak value occurred in 2018 at 100.5 million US dollars, which experienced the largest increase of 18.7%. The most substantial drop was in 2019, with a 10.7% decrease.
